Your Caregiver Agreement, HIPAA promise, NDA, emergency contact and the handbook. You get every page in your language; you sign the English page. About 30 minutes, with a Clare person beside you.
Watch and read each short section, then sign at the end. You get a certificate right away. Every year after, you do this again — Clare will text you your own link.
Pick a 30-minute welcome call — with Varbra (English or Filipino; an interpreter is arranged for 中文 · Español · Kreyòl) or with Nancy in Tiếng Việt. We answer your questions and set the date for the nurse's home visit. Then you're officially on the team.

Know a family who needs care? Ambassadors bring new families to Clare and get paid for the outreach hours they work, plus an enrollment bonus — all through payroll. Caregivers welcome; your caregiver pay does not change. To join, you sign the Per-Diem W-2 Field Staff Agreement with the Ambassador offer letter (Exhibit A).
